What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Proactively identify client needs and expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Track account health metrics and address issues before they escalate.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in account management, client success, or similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working with technical products or software services.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate for non-technical audiences.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.

Nice to Have

  • +Experience in B2B SaaS or professional services.
  • +Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Notion).
  • +Background in software development or technical consulting.
