What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Develop account strategies aligned with client business objectives.
  • Lead contract renewals and expansion negotiations.
  • Mentor junior account managers and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership on client success strategy and processes.
  • Represent client voice in product and service development discussions.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in account management or client success, with enterprise experience.
  • Proven track record of account retention and growth.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Nice to Have

  • +Experience in technology consulting or software services.
  • +Familiarity with revenue operations and forecasting.
  • +Leadership or mentorship experience.
